2. Is it necessary for customers to sign up immediately when they click on the link?
When a customer clicks on your referral link but does not immediately sign up for the service and instead chooses to sign up later, you will still get a commission because the affiliate cookie is stored for up to 90 days. The only exceptions are if the customer clicks someone else's referral link on Yuan Jhen or clears their browser cookies.
Yuan Jhen does not hold any responsibility for cookies that are deleted intentionally by the user.
3. Do I receive a commission for hosting renewals or upgrades?
The affiliate program only provides a commission for the initial purchase of new users; the commission is not paid for hosting renewals or upgrades.
4. Will I get paid for the sales of domains?
The commission is only paid for the Web Hosting and VPS Hosting plans; we do not pay a commission for additional services like domain registration, dedicated server, cloud hosting, SSL certificate, or WAF.
