Yuan-Jhen provides proactive hosting management services, which are maintained by Red Hat certified engineers.
Pay an extra fee of US$133.33 per month to enjoy the full service. (Quarterly US$106.67 per month for dedicated hosting; US$106.67 per month for VPS hosting)
- 24／7 Monitoring Service
24-hour system service monitoring and resource monitoring. When system service does not work normally, the engineer will assist and deal with it immediately to minimize the impact.
- Follow-up Maintenance Work
Engineers will confirm hosting resources and backup status, and send a monthly report of the hosting management to you. Installing specified packages and adjusting service settings are also available by request.
- Account Backup
We assist customers in setting up local or FTP backups. We can cooperate with customers to specify the backup time or set the number of backups to reduce the risk of losing important data.
